Currently I am a single father of an amazing 10 year old boy named Logan who is the center of my universe and he continues to impress me every single day. I served a short time in the Army where an injury sidelined me and forced me to focus on non physically demanding fields. This lead me to find a passion for technology as well as helping others. After trying my hand at different careers in the service industry, an opportunity arose as a website administrator for a local business where I taught myself how to evolve a struggling website into a success. Much of the skils I obtained in this position were self taught through trial and error. I decided that this field was where I wanted to be but no longer needed the constraints of a parent company and longed for my slice of the American Dream, to be self employed. This is when the idea of NYXTEK was born. I am also pursuing my Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology specializing in Information Systems and Network Administration . With over 15 years of hands on experience in the tech industry, mostly in the website administration and technical support fields, the skills needed to develop NYXTEK into a success, needed to be further developed and strengthened. The concept of this venture is to provide exceptional technical services to my clients through multiple different methods ranging from remote technical support for mobile devices to network setup, support, optimization and management. We also plan to offer website development and design, SEO services, as well as brand promotion to our clients looking to take the leap into the online world. While I am the sole owner and founder of NYXTEK llc as well as RememberMe.com, I pride myself in taking a personal interest in each client's specific needs no matter the size or complexity the project. My goal is not to become wealthy at the expense of my clients dreams or dilemmas, but rather to provide a valuable service with customer satisfaction and attention to detail being the primary focal points before all else.
